Gynaecology

I specialise in women’s health and all benign disease of the female reproductive tract. My approach is holistic and I will address your individual concerns in a sensitive and compassionate manner. I understand the importance of good communication and encourage you to ask questions and raise concerns during your consultation.

Having completed a formal AGES-approved Fellowship in endoscopic surgery, I have advanced skills in the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques for the treatment of infertility, endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, and incontinence.

I have also recently obtained my accreditation in robotic surgery through the Global Robotics Institute in Florida USA, and can use this technology to perform complex hysterectomy, myomectomy (removal of fibroids), excision of endometriosis, and pelvic floor reconstruction.

I HAVE STRONG INTEREST IN THE MANAGEMENT OF:

  • Abnormal Pap smears requiring colposcopy
  • Menstrual dysfunction and abnormal vaginal bleeding
  • Pelvic pain and endometriosis
  • Uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts
  • Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and fertility problems
  • Post-menopausal bleeding and management of menopausal symptoms
  • Utero-vaginal prolapse and urinary incontinence

I am excited to use my knowledge and surgical expertise to effectively manage your health needs.

I am comfortable managing both low and high risk pregnancies and have the necessary skills and knowledge to safely negotiate any issues that may arise. I believe in developing relationships based on mutual respect and trust. While my management plans are tailored to your needs and expectations, I will not compromise on the safety of you or your baby. I am an advocate of normal childbirth but have expertise in operative vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections.

I HAVE A STRONG INTEREST IN THE MANAGEMENT OF:
